I'll do my best to explain- Press and turn the red button type thing in the handle where you push- at the same time fold it downThe first time I went shopping with this, I couldnt get it closed and had to drive home with it open in my trunk.

I turn use my right hand thumb to push the red button and turn the dial while I pull up the bottom part up with my left hand.

Cannot help you with the Graco stroller frame, I have the Snap n' Go by Baby Trend (I think) for a Chicco car seat... but I do know that some strollers may require the wheels to be locked prior to folding.

Yes, I agree with the previous poster. 1) Press the red button and wrap your hand around the part that the red button is on. 2) As you are doing this, you can use your foot on the back of the basket to help you fold it. There is a little tread there. My 4 year old niece taught me that! Good Luck!

I forgot one important thing: Yes, I agree with the previous poster. 1) Press the red button and wrap your hand around the part that the red button is on and turn it towards you 2) As you are doing this, you can use your foot on the back of the basket to help you fold it.
